Hi guys,

Was just cleaning a tiger from last night and when I was skinning the hood I noticed a milky whitish/faint yellow tinged liquid was present in the cavity between the skin and the inner hood. Have never seen this before so I had a sniff and in the bin it went. Rank:shock: . Smelled fine on the outside before the seal was broken. Anyone else ever encountered this?

I will add that the squid was in the fridge within about 45mins of being caught. However, it did look a bit strange in that its hood length was only about 20cm but the width and head size were more like that off a tiger pushing mid to high 20's. Diseased and stunted?

Nick.
