Hello,

I've decided I need a finesse drag adapter for a 2500 Certate spool. I'm only running 8lb PE on it and the start up isn't quite smooth enough for my needs as it is mostly used for top water bass fishing.

Just wondering whether anyone knows where I can pick up an adapter cheap or if there is someone who is keen to trade a normal drag for finesse (I know that's a long shot Very Happy )

haha, way ahead of you Very Happy Very Happy

Just thought I'd put it out there in case someone had one lying around or wanted to red line a 2506 spool with some extra drag pressure Razz

Lift your game indeed Tom Razz oh,and clean your mind Razz Razz

The small finesse drag adapter fits all reels from 1000-2500 size spools.
The medium adapter is from 3000 size and up.
Price was $49.

haha yeah I thought the same thing when I viewed the box!
Went home and measured the spool bearing on the steez, and then double checked it against the one that comes with the adapter...just to be sure.

Really recommend trying one Dan,the initial drag startup is amazingly smooooth.
