Emeraldas nudes, colour
Hi all,
Looking to add to my small (read: 4) but reliable collection of yamashitas.
Decided on the Nudes from a few chats last night.
So... what's the pick of the season?
P.s. Going to be ordering a few from Japan. Will be around $10 ea before shipping but will have to buy 4 of each hahaha, so they better work

Re: Emeraldas nudes, colour
I have the one in the third row second from the left. Works well from my experience. That is the only thing I have been getting squid on for the last week. with the yamas I find the squid hit from the back but every squid I have caught in the last week with that jig has been hitting the body side on, still getting hooked but are striking different. All I can put it down to is the abalone shell on the back making it look like a weak point in the prey.

Re: Emeraldas nudes, colour
Great choice with the nudes
firstly I am buying them locally for $11.95 each at oxenford bait and tackle Rob was really helpful getting them in for me as he was after a good line of egi's and they have been selling really well which is bad for me as they are gone by time i drop in on a friday arvo for my weekly purchase
So why buy overseas keep the money local I reckon its the small shops that need our support so we can grab stock at our whim
as for choices
top left the pink ebi - blooded
top right the weed shrimp - day time blooded
second row 2nd lazer Kibinago - day time blooded
there r a few more I want but actually finding all the names or model number or even usage guide
eg;activity level, light conditions or water clarity seems not to exsist
very disappointing from diawa
I really love these hard bodied robust egis I think they'll be used for a very long time
PS the boat range is to be released soon
PLEASE BUY LOCAL

Yeah, I'm ordering a few things from Japan, but I might do as you say, pick it up from the local.
Just the last I heard was that these were a little hard to find, esp. in the #2.5.
Hate to go for a drive and return with nothing haha.
So pink prawn/ebi and a natural I think
Cheers all.

Re: Emeraldas nudes, colour
Tackle warehouse at camp hill stocks a smaller range of the nudes. They have sold out of the 2.5, well they were in Friday last week. They did say they have ordered more though.

Re: Emeraldas nudes, colour
they have been hard to get hold of because they, until April, have only been available OS any good tackle shop should be able to source them if they don't already have them in stock
my local got them in in 4 days for me and he says its the best selling egi line hes ever stocked
