No one else has posted up the links. Can't let this day go past without commemorating it on here.

New Stella, the C3000SDH would make a nice eging reel that's for sure.

Looking at the info the new model has a larger main gear and from what I can interpret just by looking at the image, a pinion gear that sits closer to the centre of the main gear for better mesh and more torque? Is this correct Mick?

I can't interpret this image. I was thinking maybe it means a shorter main shaft for less flex?

No info as yet. Looking forward to hearing about the improvements and fingers crossed it is a whole new reel.

the new c3000sdh stella doesnt look too bad and should be good as an eging reel. just get a yumeya deep spool and single handle and can tackle HD fish

Yes Dan,the main and pinion gears appear to be closer together than previous stella's.
I too am not entirely sure what measurement the N.cm equates to though??
If it's Nm (newton metres) of torque, the way they have described it with cm. is kind of weird...but it is a press blurb,so graphs, stats, numbers are always thrown around willy-nilly Shocked

I love the colour scheme of the new certate though.Sure it is a little twin-power ish,but it looks fantastic.
Any one with more info care to post? Twisted Evil

N-cm is the torque required to make it turn.

Same as your car's N-m (newton metres)

So the new Stella are now even more powerful with less effort require to WINCH the fish in!! lol
The same engineering was applied to the current SW stellas.

All of a sudden the Stella's are on par with the Saltiga's, if not better!!

and the NEW Certate.....cant see anything new apart from a revised AR system which is currently used in most Okuma spin reels and Shimano spin reels.
