Red Lights Empty Red Lights

I am not an expert at this squid thing, I haven't even caught one. But I saw on TV tonight some asian fisherman, fishing for squid. They used a white light to attract the squid to the surface, and then instantly switched to a red light which apparently brought the squid right to the waters surface. The Fisherman then cast his net and pulled in 80kg of squid a night..

G`Day Mathew ,

White lights atrack squide , red can`t be seen by them , bit unfair , takes all the fund out of fishin , just like buying it at a shop !
