Ink Empty Ink

Currently we are removing the ink sack and freezing it whole, in a plastic bag. I was wondering about changing and freezing it in an ice cube tray and then just storing the cubes.

Was just wondering if anyone has any good techniques for storing ink until you are ready to use it?

Hi Shane,

Squid Ink Risottos and Pasta mainly. We are going to try some more experimenting now that we have some reserves. I could always try black fairy bread for next Halloween Smile

Am keen for any recipes (so I can pass them on to Duncan obviously)
